The cigarette smoke from the ****** is terrible in the rooms on the first floor and it's quite loud. The room only had 2 sets of towels even though we had three guests in the room. We had to request pool towels at the front desk and they ran out and had to use the 2 from our room. The pool was disgusting, cloudy and full of hair and trash. The hot tub was full of foam and sand. Overall is wasn't vary nice. We won't go back.

We liked that it was away from direct highway traffic noise as well as been clean and comfortable and quiet as well as being a short drive to stores as needed

My husband and I love staying at this Hotel/Casino. Very friendly Staff and workers the whole time we stay. Anything we need extra in our rooms they will bring right up. We love the Tin Biscuit restaurant with lots of options at affordable prices. Always feel nice and relaxed and love knowing we can always take a break and go up to our rooms. We have never really won much as far as ******** wish the machines would pay out more would be my only complaint. I love that we get a voucher each month with a hotel stay at almost 1/2 the cost and some free play money. We usually only go once a year with good friends the day after Thanksgiving. This year we had High School baseball in Okanogan so we planned a second trip with Friends in March. Also really like the free pop machines as well.

The staff were not helpful, they would not put me in a handicap room even though I am in a wheelchair, the shower didn’t have hot water, which they were aware of and did not tell me until I contacted the front desk, the hotel rooms smelled like smoke. The only helpful person was the valet guy. I will never stay there again

There was only 2 people working in restaurant. Took forever to order food and then even long to get food. No towel in pool area and when we asked for towels we had to go get them ourselves.

The rooms where clean and sufficient, nice big bathrooms. The shower didn't have much water pressure at all, which was a bummer. Also, I know its a ******, but the smoke smell is horrible, much worse than other casinos I have been in, and it wafts up to the rooms.

Nice new rooms. Clean. No hair dryer in room. Hot tub was not working. No towels for pool. Prime Rib night at restaurant was very expensive. Food was okay but felt way overpriced. Slots are pretty tight.

Room was clean but not very sound proof ! I could hear toilets flushing, doors closing and kids yelling. It made it hard to sleep.
